GARDEN TOUR

I love Spring in Southern California.
Actually, I love Spring anywhere.
I also love gardens, green, flowers, outdoors, outdoor living spaces... you get the picture...
So when my bfs decided to take advantage of one of the Spring garden tours in the area
I grabbed my camera

We invaded gardens from Tustin, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Mission Viejo areas

That was fun!

And my own Edens are coming on strong.

QUESTION FROM A READER:

Hi there!
I've recently decided to update my house interior by giving it a fresh coat of paint. The problem is, I'm having trouble choosing a neutral color that will look nice throughout the entire house. Most taupe and beige colors look too yellow for my taste. And I steer away from grey because my exterior is a shade of gray. I'm honestly not sure what I'm left with after that. I have firmly decided on BM's White Dove for the kitchen cabinets though.
All Ideas are welcome!! Thanks. -Sheri

HI Sheri,

For a light, fresh wall, I like  Crisp Muslin by Dunn Edwards.  It is a cool beige just a few shades off of white.

For a deeper color, but still light, Edgecomb Gray by Benjamin Moore is lovely as is Tapestry Beige.  These beiges all have a gray undertone, so no yellow in them - and White Dove should be great with all of them.
Hope that is helpful!
